Short stay: for less than 3 days € 6,00 additional charge, per person, per day.
Starting from May the 26th untill September the 8th Club Card compulsory from 4 years old in all formulas (Hotel, Dependance, Residence ): € 25,00 per week.
Club Card includes: shuttle bus to and from the beach ( time established ), beach service ( 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sun bed per room ), animation for children ( from June the 9th untill September the 9th ), private outdoor parking, swimming-pool not heated with hydro and children corner, ping-pong, welcome drink.
Facilities
Included services: rich buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with varied menus of Abruzzi tradition. Meals not taken are not refundable.
Not included services: garage, final cleaning and daily cleaning in residence formula, towels for swimming-pool, change of bed and bath linen in residence during the week, club card, wellness treatments, transfers to and from railway or airport, medical assistance.
Reservation informations and cancellation policy
In order to confirm a reservation we will require a deposit of 40% of the amount of the whole stay. The difference will be asked at the arrival. Deposit can be sent by bank transfer on the account of “Il Poggio degli Ulivi srl – Divisione Il Parco sul Mare”:

In case of cancellation of a reservation the following conditions will apply and charged:

45 days prior to the arrival date: no charge;

45 to 7 days prior to the arrival date : 40% of the amount of the whole stay

7 to 0 days prior to the arrival date : 100% of the amount of the whole stay.
In case of an earlier departure or no show we have to charge 100% of the amount of the whole stay.
