Starting from the 1st of June to the 11th of September Services Card compulsory beginning from 4 years : € 20,00 per week. Club Card includes shuttle bus to and from the beach ( time established ), beach service ( 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed per room ), 1 per week entrance in the wellness center using whirlpool and Kneipp walkway, animation for children ( from the 15th of June until the end of august ), private parking, swimming-pool outside not heated with hydro and children corner, ping-pong, welcome drink.

- Baby coat : € 70,00 per week.
Compulsory extras for Residence formula to pay in hotel: final cleaning € 40,00 for one room flat, € 55,00 for 2 rooms flat, € 65,00 for 3 rooms flat. Services Card from the 22nd Untill the 11th of September beginning from children of 4 years old: € 20,00 per week.
It is possible to book the full board or the half board at favourables conditions.
Hotel Facilities
Included services: private parking, swimming-pool outside not heated with hydro and children corner, ping-pong, welcome drink. Water at meals, rich buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with varied menus of Abruzzi tradition. Meals not taken are not refundable.
Not included services: covered parking, final cleaning, daily cleaning (only for residence), towels for swimming-pool, change of bed and bath linen in residence, services card, wellness treatments, transfers to and from railway or airport, medical service.
Covered parking on charge:
- € 5,00 per day;
- € 30,00 per week.
Short stay in hotel and dependence: for less than 4 days stay charges € 6,00 per person, per day.
Reservation informations and cancellation policy
In order to confirm a reservation we will require a deposit of 40% of the amount of the whole stay. The difference will be asked at the arrival. Deposit can be sent by bank transfer to “Il Poggio degli Ulivi srl – Divisione Il Parco sul Mare”:

In case of cancellation of a reservation the following conditions will apply and charged: 45 days prior to the arrival date: no charge; 45 to 7 days prior to the arrival date : 40% of the amount of the whole stay 7 to 0 days prior to the arrival date : 100% of the amount of the whole stay. In case of an earlier departure or no show we have to charge 100% of the amount of the whole stay.
