In particular we want to talk you about our procedures:
we have updated the internal procedure, cleaning procedure and risk assessment documents;
you can find hand saniting items in every common areas;
Wearing a mask is needed but our smile and kindness will always welcome you!
According to the DPCM we could not offer animation service but don't worry, we have typical outdoor dinners, evenings with piano bar and other events planned during the summer season!
All the hotel staff will use gloves and/or mask and / or visor at working.
Every department will follow social distance;
All common areas and rooms are cleaned and sanitized according to the highest standards, and appropriate equipment.
All our travel tips will be at your disposal in electronic format so we can send them both via whatsapp or email.
The shuttle service to the beach will always be on reservation. Fewer places are available on the bus and masks are asked also inside. After each trip we will sanitize the shuttle bus so there may be some shifts on the timetable but, however, you are on holiday!
The service beach will be done respecting the distance between the umbrellas. In this 2020 animation activities can’t be offered but the catering and bar services are always at your disposal!
Big spaces, soft opening, online check-in
Our best feature: BIG SPACES OUTSIDE AND INSIDE THE HOTEL.
It will be a great pleasure to relax on our beds by the pool, with a chilled spritz overlooking the hills!
Please, online check-in before your arrival. We will send you a message via phone or via email to require your personal data and the authorization to debit your stay on credit card, to speed up the process at your arrival!
Credit card can be provided during the online check-in (specific form, certificate with encrypted SSL guarantee)
The reception will provide all information about our offers, excursions, shops … menus and wine list!
However, Hospitality is our mood! We respect the rules but let’s FEEL FREE to move inside the hotel at any time: high safety standards will protect you!
A thermoscanner will detect body temperature as required and hand sanitizers are available for you in common areas. At the reception you can ask for disposable masks.
Restaurant service
Our STAFF all is well trained and works with gloves and masks.
The safety distance between the tables at the restaurant is keeped.
The breakfast buffet is served by our staff to ensure protection of products. Coffee and cappuccinos only in beans!
Dinner or lunch courses menu are served at the table.
Crockery and cutlery after washing are handled with antibacterial gloves.
Restaurant provides a QR code for the wine list and for the menu but copies on plastic are at your disposal too . ( sanitized and sanitizable of course)
You can’t find any buffet but a range of well appreciated appetizers and side dishes.
Rooms
Air conditioning works in total safety ;
Rooms are sanitized by atomization with certified Italian viricidal and sanitizing product, not aggressive for the environment.
Common areas are cleaned with hydroalcoholic viricidal and sanitizing products
Contact surfaces such as elevator buttons, handrails, etc. are sanitized even more frequently.
All laundry is washed at 95 ° and sealed.
Decorative pillows, blankets, magazines... have being removed from rooms and common spaces until new advices.
Anthea SPA service
Massages and wellness treatments are still available but for other services there will be limitations… Our goal is to offer a thoughtless and relaxing holiday in absolutely safety …
